Unity
Unity is more than agreement. It is a deep, Spirit-led oneness that reflects the heart of God. Jesus prayed in John 17 that His followers would be one so the world would believe. That means we choose harmony, humility, and repair, not division, side conversations, or distance.

We choose wholeness over hurry. We communicate clearly, get help early, and repair quickly. We bear one another’s burdens, and we guard our hearts with vigilance—because everything we do flows from it.

Excellence
We pray like everything depends on God, and we plan like everything depends on us. We do not rely on talent or natural ability. We seek the Lord for wisdom and direction, because the anointing comes from God alone. Then we execute with humility—serving wholeheartedly and giving Jesus all the glory.

Honor
We honor God and honor people in every room. We outdo one another in showing honor. We speak life, and we lead with respect. In humility, we count others more significant than ourselves. Choosing to operate in the likeness of Christ—walking in forgiveness, mercy, and grace.
